OUR WARRANTY promise
We want you to fall in love with everything you order from Bourke & Adelaide. Each product is made with care so if something arrives not quite right, don’t worry, we’ve got you.
WHAT'S COVERED
f it’s our fault, we’ll always fix it. Simple as that. We cover:
- Manufacturing defects (like a print that fades too soon or a weird crack)
- The wrong design or item received
- Items that arrive damaged in transit
If any of these happen, just reach out! we’ll take care of it.
WHAT'S NOT COVERED
We know life happens (and coffee spills), but these things aren’t included under warranty:
- Normal wear and tear from daily use
- Accidental damage (drops, spills, adventures gone wrong)
- Damage from misuse or modifications
- Change of mind after receiving your order
Still, if you’re unsure, message us. We’re always happy to help.
How Long It Lasts
Your item is covered for 30 days from the day it arrives at your door. After that, it’s still loved, just not officially under warranty anymore.
HOW TO MAKE A CLAIM
It’s super easy:
- Email us at hello@bourkeandadelaide.com
- Include your order number and a few clear photos of the issue
- We’ll get back to you within 2 business days
If approved, you can choose between a replacement or refund, whichever feels better for you.
