ORDERS & SHIPPING

When will I get my order?

Most of our pieces are made just for you, so production usually takes 2–3 business days. Once it’s ready, shipping time depends on your location — typically 3–7 business days within the U.S.

Where do you ship?

Right now, we ship mainly within the U.S., but international shipping is coming soon (we’re working on it, promise!).

Do I have to pay customs or import fees?

If you’re ordering from outside the U.S., your country might charge import taxes or customs fees. Sadly, that part’s out of our control — it depends on your local regulations.

Is shipping free?

Yep, always free. No catch, no minimums, no drama.

How do I know my order went through?

You’ll get a confirmation email as soon as you order. Can’t find it? Peek in your spam or promotions folder, sometimes we hide there!

How do I track my order?

Once it ships, we’ll send you a tracking link so you can follow it all the way to your door. Total satisfaction watching it come to life.

I typed the wrong address. What do I do?

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, email us ASAP and we’ll try to fix it. Once it’s shipped, we can’t redirect it, but sometimes the carrier can help you update the address.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

We start working on your order right away, but if you message us within the first few hours, we’ll do our best to help. Just email us at hello@bourkeandadelaide.com with your order number.

My package is taking forever. Help!

If your tracking hasn’t moved in a few days, just reach out. We’ll check in with the carrier and make sure it lands safely in your hands.

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Can I return my order?

We accept returns for any items that arrive damaged or with printing errors. Because each product is made especially for you, we can’t accept returns for change of mind — sorry, love!

What if something arrives damaged or defective?

Oh no! That’s definitely not how we want you to receive your order. Just email us a photo and your order number within 7 days of receiving it, and we’ll send a replacement right away.

How long do I have to report a problem?

Please let us know within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right quickly.

When will I get my refund or replacement?

Replacements are sent within a few days after we approve your request. Refunds (if applicable) usually take 5–10 business days to appear in your account.

Where are your products made?

All of our products are designed by us and produced with our trusted partners around the world — mainly in the U.S. and Europe.

Why made-to-order?

We believe in creating things with intention — every piece is made just for you when you order it, which means less waste and more love in every detail.

Why does it take up to 2 days to make my item?

Because it’s freshly made for you! Our team needs a little time to print, check quality, and pack it carefully before shipping it out.

Do you offer a warranty or guarantee?

We stand by our products 100%. If something’s not right, we’ll replace it or refund you — simple as that.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept most major payment options. Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

Are my payments secure?

Totally. All transactions are encrypted and processed safely. We never store your card details.
